Why are some privacy policies so complex?

We want to establish communication with our fans, so at different times, we ask for some of your contact information. We will not give your contact info out to any third parties without your explicit consent.

Credit Card Retention

We don't store your credit card information on our servers. In the hopefully unlikely event that our systems are compromised and our database info is stolen, your credit card information will not be in there. After a transaction, we don't make any effort to store that information, and it is essentially lost.

However, we do credit card processing through a third party company. This third party company will be sent your credit card information. As our business agreement develops with this third party company, I will let you know more. Until then, you can assume no one else will have access to your credit info aside from Frogtoss games.

Frogtoss Aquisition Scenario

Sometimes companies go under, or are bought out, and the parent company changes the privacy policy and starts selling addresses. I am hereby stating that your contact information was given to us under the irrevocable agreement that it is not to be abused by any company which aquires Frogtoss assets in the future.

Changes in the privacy policy

This privacy policy may change it's wording, but the intentions will stay the same. We will not turn around and start selling your information in the future.

The author of this document gets 200 spam mails a day, and he believes that this is sufficient. Also, we'd like you to think good things about Frogtoss Games, and not think that we're the same class of human as the people who send enlargement emails to your young daughters.
